In considering how any society establishes, enhances and drives prosperity, few things are more critical than effective government. Whilst the challenges facing modern governments are numerous, the need to provide effective public services is common to each and every one of them. Understanding how and why some nations succeed whilst some fail in delivering key services like education and welfare can help inform our own approaches to policymaking.
